Care coordinator
Chenai Holistic Health Care, a provider of quality domiciliary care services, are seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to work in their office in South Woodham Ferrers.
This is a full-time post that requires someone with Experience within the care industry is essential as well as knowledge of scheduling software.
Full driving licence and own transport preferred

Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the Quality of Service Provision meets with policies and expectations.
- Care Coordinator ensures that Regulatory Requirements are met.
- To implement a high-quality service through effective matching of service user needs with suitably qualified and experienced care workers.
- Care Coordinator liaise with the registered manager to ensure that there is enough cover to deliver all visits and that new clients are planned into the rota in a timely fashion.
- Ensure working patterns are efficient and planned logically.
- Care Coordinator effectively prioritise tasks to meet unexpected emergencies and changes in care packages.
- Ability to maintain clear and accurate written records and follow statutory reporting procedures
- Care Coordinator ability to communicate clearly and build positive working relationships with clients, their families, fellow staff and other health and social care professionals.
You could also be involved in the following:
- Receive and handle complaints about services from service users or others;
- Carry out on-call coordinating duties outside normal office hours as agreed.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong background in Health and Social Care
- A minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification or above
- Strong IT and logistical skills
- Exceptional communication
- Organisational skills
- Good geographical knowledge
We are offering:
- 40 Hours per week + generous on call payments
- 28 days paid leave. (including Bank Holiday)

Quality Assurance Care Officer
Here at Chenai Holistic Health Care we are looking for an experienced full-time quality assurance officer to be based at our head office in Dagenham East. Chenai Holistic Health Care is a domiciliary care provider who excels in delivering a high standard of personalised care
We are looking for the ideal candidate to assist in the effective running of the business and maintaining the compliance to a high standard in line with our regulatory body. The care quality commission. We are a company that invests in our employee in order that our clients are receiving a first-class delivery of service. Our organisation is built on reliability, and client focused support.
Responsibilities
- To carry out investigation with complaints and safeguarding through all processes
- Maintaining CM2000
- Have a knowledge of CQC policies and procedures
- Responsive to complaints within the company
- Auditing care plans, risk assessments and supporting plans
- Auditing log sheets, client spot checks and medication administration records
- Maintaining the central filling system and ensuring compliance
- Working closely with the management team and reporting daily
The ideal candidate will have:
- A wide knowledge in health and social care
- Experience in safeguarding
- Exceptional communication skills
- Good time management
- Knowledge in word, excel and power point
- Good Organisational skills.
